We recently completed our spring FAVA AMAM Teen Workshop! This semester, sixteen students from around Lorain County participated in the free four-week long class. This semester’s theme was Fiber Arts. Four guest instructors led sessions exploring shibori dyeing, phototransfering, kantha stitching, and knitting. Here, we see Sue Jones leading her class on shibori.

Be sure to check out the upcoming FAVA exhibition The Artist as Quiltmaker, opening on May 13.
